Why Nafula’s SoapBox?

The term “Soap Box” simply means that a person is ranting about an issue they are passionate about and being allowed to rant without interruption. The soap box is a wooden crate used to stand on while ranting.

Modern form of the soapbox is a blog or a website where a user publishes his/her thoughts to whomever will read or listen.

According to 2 Timothy 3, we are living in perilous times and many people of God have allowed the world to influence them to the point of replacing the truth of God’s word and ways with lies. I desire to speak truth in such a way that will provoke people, believers and non-believers to stop and think about why we do what we do and think the way that we think.

Questions we must entertain as born again believers?

Do I really believe that Jesus (Son of God) came to earth, showed us how to live, died and rose from the dead, defeating death on our behalf forevermore?
Do we believe that God is who He says that He is?
Do we like God’s ways or what He can do for us?
Do we really love God and His people?
Do we believe in the power of God’s grace?
Why do we know more about the world’s ways and entertainments, more than we know about what the Bible teaches us to remember and recognize?
Are we bearing fruit that remains? What does that look like?
Are we comfortable and confident in being the minority vs the majority on the wide road leading to destruction?
