You CANNOT go where your Character cannot keep you

A wonderful young lady I know, who happens to be my daughter-in-law, taught on the subject of the “danger of going where your character cannot keep you”.
Her perspective has helped to shape my life as a woman of God. I really, really, really LOVE my LORD God! And it is out of that place of love that I fear Him and it matters to me what He sees within me and outside of me.

Let me share a couple of definitions with you. I strongly believe that it is impossible to walk in “Godly Character” without “Integrity”. The two are inseparable. Yet so many believers insist that they have the character of God but they lack integrity and do things that may be permissible in the world, but they are not beneficial for godly men and women.

INTEGRITY – firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values : incorruptibility 2 : an unimpaired condition : soundness

CHARACTER – The combination of mental characteristics and behavior that distinguishes a person or group. The distinguishing nature of something.
Moral strength; integrity.

These two definitions are powerful and profound. We have the power of the Holy Spirit; therefore, empowering us to walk upright before God. We have the Word of God to teach us and guide us in these areas.

Our lives MUST look different than those who don’t serve our Abba Father. Our light must shine bright as a result of our character and integrity. We have an “incorruptible” seed inside of our hearts.

We MUST entertain questions like:
1. What are you thinking about others?
2. What are you doing when no other human is looking?
3. How do you carry yourself in the workplace and your neighborhood?
4. Do you respect and honor your leaders, bosses, peers, etc.?
5. Is obedience important to you in all areas of your life?
6. Are you a miser; always getting something for nothing?
7. Are you a liar, but justify them as “lil white lies”?
8. Do you support your children in their so-called hidden sin?
9. Is compromise okay with you?
10. Do you harbor envy, offense, and anger in your heart?

I could go on and on, but the 10 questions really highlight how important this subject is in our lives.

Righteousness is directly tied to Character and Integrity and affects our ability to walk in favor and financial increase. READ THE WORD!

This is a critical time to examine our hearts as individuals because our God is omnipresent. Everything we do in the dark will be exposed, but until it is, God is yet watching.

So many are living below the fullness of who they are in Chris because they lack godly character and integrity……they do not fear God.

Silence is NOT the answer my brethren. Silent people cannot be trusted. God gave us a voice to declare His will in the earth. People are dying on our watch because of silent believers. They call it humility, but it is false humility wrapped in self-deception and selfishness.

Wake up and let the Holy Spirit of God enter into your heart and change you now.

GOD IS STARING AT YOU RIGHT NOW……I promise you……He is.
