Wrecked By His Love In The Red Dirt Mud of Kenya

Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set Him in the midst of them and said, Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are CONVERTED and become as little children, you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore whoever HUMBLES himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.  Whoever receives one little child like this in My Name receives Me…..MATTHEW 18:2-5

I have been declaring Christ as my LORD for 27 years now and I have lived in many Nations and cities, serving  actively in many local churches, as a Pastor’s wife and eventually a Senior Pastor; only to finally realize that the fullness of who GOD is ……..is found in the heart of the children.  Found in the eyes of orphans and widows. Found in the tears of the poorest of the poor. Found in the cries of nations at war.

Walking out James 1:27 has opened my eyes and heart to see God’s amazing love.  I am far from understanding all that Abba is revealing but I am so open and hungry for what He wants to do in the hearts of His remnant.

Matthew 25 really shout out what God desire of us as believers.  It is not an option to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit those in prison, house the homeless and GO into all the world.

It is when we reach beyond our comfort zones, our safe places, and our extreme selfishness that we see God’s goodness and glory.

His amazing love comes to life! His presence surrounds those living in caves, trash dumps, boxes, sidewalks, etc.

Jesus, God in the flesh, had no place to lay His own head, no earthly treasures or selfishness.  Yet HE was the epitome of LOVE; God’s Love!  He was Love in the flesh, walking upon the earth, showing you and I how our lives must look as believers.

God’s Love is pure and undefiled.

It is only when we make a decision to simply pursue humility with the help of Holy Spirit and knock down our walls of self preservation and pride, and run in the direction of God’s vision as written in His word, that we truly encounter His love, His power, and His glory.
